
An investigation has been launched after four individuals violently attacked a taxi driver, stealing the keys to his vehicle in the process. After the attack, the perpetrators stole the man’s car and drove off.
Elsewhere, an incident of theft was reported in Luxembourg City, where seven people had gathered on Rue de Bonnevoie to conduct a private sale. However, the perpetrators threatened violence towards two of the group, stealing a number of valuables and leaving the scene.

Finally, a police patrol pulled over a motorist for speeding on Rue de Longwy in Pétange on Wednesday night. A breathalyser test revealed the driver was over the limit, resulting in the confiscation of his licence. However, the individual then became aggressive towards officers, leading police to take him into custody overnight.
