A person suspected of involvement in a knife assault was taken into custody by Luxembourg police following an investigation into an incident that occurred in Rumelange on Tuesday night. The altercation involved two individuals and left one person with a minor knife wound.
According to police statements, officers identified the suspect after conducting inquiries related to the case. A subsequent search of the individual’s belongings yielded several items of interest, including mobile phones, narcotics, and a firearm.
On Thursday afternoon, the arrested individual was presented before an examining magistrate.
