The first responders managed to extinguish the flames as soon as they arrived. The police noticed that two nearby vehicles had been covered in graffiti and that their windows had been shattered. Furthermore, a car radio and a fire extinguisher had been removed from one of the vehicles.
The police tried finding the culprits, but they had already fled the scene. A crime scene investigation unit was subsequently sent to the scene by order of the prosecutor's office.
