A busy night for emergency services saw six people injured in five accidents across Luxembourg, with CGDIS teams deployed to multiple locations.

Between Friday evening and Saturday morning, the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to a series of accidents, leaving six people injured.

The first incident occurred at around 6pm on the RN22 between Oberpallen and Ell, where a collision between two cars resulted in one injury. Paramedics from Redange and Beckerich were despatched to the scene.

At around 10pm, a car crashed into a tree on Route de Bettembourg in Dudelange, injuring one person.

About an hour later, a car caught fire on Route de Niederkorn in Pétange. No injuries were reported in this incident.
Shortly before midnight, a more serious accident took place on the A6 motorway near Croix de Cessange. A collision involving three cars injured three people, prompting the intervention of the Emergency Medical Assistance Team (SAMU) and paramedics from Luxembourg City and Mamer.

Just after 1am, another accident was reported on the CR78 between Roedgen and Schléiwenhaff, leaving one person injured. Paramedics and firefighters from Luxembourg City, alongside firefighters from Leudelange, attended the scene.

Finally, a bus accident occurred on Route d’Arlon in Strassen shortly before 4am, with one person injured. Paramedics from Mamer and Bertrange provided treatment.
