According to the police report, the suspect, who was accompanied by an accomplice at the time, broke into a flat on the second floor of a residential building in Luxembourg City. He then proceeded to stab the victim with a screwdriver before fleeing with a large quantity of stolen jewellery.
Bibic was added to Europol’s most-wanted list on Thursday for attempted murder and money laundering, and he is believed to belong to a criminal organisation.
Anyone with information on the criminal is asked to contact the Luxembourgish Police or Europol.
