Contrary to what was stated in an initial press release by the Luxembourg National Railway Company (CFL), the route is not closed until Thursday, but only until Tuesday. This was communicated in a second press release.
According to the CFL, they have received an update from the French SNCF that the technical problem on the French train network would be fixed “soon.”
Until then, CFL has arranged for substitute bus services to transport train commuters to their intended destinations.
