As indicated in the police report, the motorist was observed driving at a reduced speed and weaving in and out of lanes on Boulevard J.F. Kennedy in Esch-sur-Alzette.
After bringing the car to a stop, the police conducted an inspection which revealed that the driver was significantly intoxicated, did not possess a valid driver’s license, and was prohibited from driving the vehicle due to a driving ban. The police impounded the car, and an official report was written.
