Upon inspecting the vehicle, police officers detected a strong smell of cannabis emanating from inside. This was just the beginning of a series of violations they discovered. It was revealed that the man at the wheel lacked a valid driving licence, and the vehicle was uninsured. Adding to the list of infractions, the vehicle’s tax sticker had also gone unpaid.

As a consequence of these transgressions, the vehicle was impounded, and the driver was arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor’s office. In addition, a provisional driving ban was imposed on the individual.

During a body search of the passenger, the officers also discovered drugs, resulting in the issuance of a penalty notice.
