The Ministry of State on Friday announced that Prime Minister Luc Frieden will welcome European Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen for an “exchange of views” in Luxembourg on 27 January. According to a press release, the meeting has been organised in the context of the swearing-in of the new European Commission at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg City, which is happening on the same day.
The meeting between Frieden and Von der Leyen is set to take place at the Saint Maximin Refuge in the capital, which houses the State Ministry.
