A major accident occurred on the A3 motorway between Bettembourg and Livange, just before 6.30am on Friday morning, involving four cars and a motorcycle at Croix de Bettembourg.

Ambulances from Dudelange and Schifflange as well as firefighters from Dudelange and Kayl arrived at the scene, tending to the three injured individuals.

A more severe incident occurred on the N6 between Mamer and Capellen around 10.20am, as two cars collided head-on, resulting in injuries to two individuals. Ambulances from Mamer and Luxembourg City, as well as the Emergency Medical Assistance Service (SAMU) from Luxembourg City and the Mamer Fire Brigade, were despatched to the scene.

Finally, an accident occurred at around 11.30am on the A13 towards Esch-sur-Alzette. The motorway was temporarily closed between the exit and the slip road to Differdange.
