On Thursday afternoon, the mobilitéit.lu call centre reported technical difficulties affecting the phone lines. Adapto and Mobibus services were also unreachable by phone, as were other administrative departments related to public transport.
Engineers were working to fix the issue, according to a statement issued on Thursday.
