So far, no school has been made to switch to distance education in the afternoon, while no reception structures have closed. Authorities also noted the limited effect of home learning on infections in the week leading up to the Carnival half-term holiday - a conclusion supported by the Covid-19 taskforce.
However, the situation could be adapted at any given moment. Meisch reiterated that his statement relates to current circumstances only.
