In a statement issued by the OGBL, the union confirmed the new agreement would improve pay conditions for staff, on top of guaranteeing one-off bonuses of up to €900. Staff who have completed more than five years of service will also receive an additional half day of annual leave.
A number of the new conditions will be applied retroactively from January 2024.
