An accident involving one car occurred between Flaxweiler and Oberdonven shortly before 9am on Tuesday. The motorist is believed to have lost control over his vehicle in a turn, which resulted in the car flipping over several times and landing in a field.
According to preliminary information, the driver was injured and hospitalised.
