Covid, flu and RSV cases have dropped slightly over the past week, according to the Ministry of Health's latest report.

From 29 January to 4 February, the spread of coronavirus in Luxembourg has stabilised, with 10% fewer cases reported compared to the previous week. The positivity rate has dropped to 5.7%, with 140 cases in total. Experts say wastewater analysis shows that the virus circulation has reduced over the same period.

While influenza cases have been rife this winter, the Ministry of Health says levels have stabilised at 1,019 cases, representing an increase of 3% compared to the previous week.

RSV, which can trigger bronchiolitis in young children, affected just 14 people last week, compared to 26 the previous week. The peak of this epidemic was achieved in the week of 11-17 December, according to the Ministry.
