According to the emergency services, the reason behind the intervention was the release of smoke coming from a flat on rue Michel Rodange in Differdange. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any injuries.
Emergency services also intervened earlier in the evening in Alzingen after an air conditioning machine caught fire.
Again, the fire was brought under control and no one was injured.
