Two motorists were reported unfit to drive in separate incidents on Tuesday.

The Luxembourg police reported two separate incidents on Tuesday involving motorists who were unfit to drive.

In the first incident, a police patrol observed a car swerving erratically on the Junglinster viaduct. Upon stopping the vehicle, officers determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.

In a second incident, police officers at a service station in Senningerberg noticed a strong smell of cannabis emanating from a driver seated in their car. Suspecting recent drug use, the officers conducted a check, which confirmed the presence of narcotics. A small quantity of cannabis was also seized from the driver. An incident report was filed in connection with the case.
