Tuesday night saw several disturbances in Luxembourg, with police reporting brawls, public nuisances, and vehicle break-ins.

Luxembourg police have reported several incidents that occurred on Tuesday night, ranging from altercations to thefts, in their latest bulletin published on Wednesday afternoon.

In the Gare neighbourhood of Luxembourg City, two individuals were involved in a brawl on Rue Joseph Junck. Upon conducting a body search, officers discovered that one of the individuals was carrying a pellet of cocaine and a small amount of hashish. The other person was taken into custody.

A separate disturbance was reported on Rue Adolphe Fischer, also in Luxembourg City, where three individuals were found harassing passers-by and causing a public nuisance. One of them, described as particularly aggressive, was detained by police.

In Assel, thieves targeted vehicles on Rue de Brill, stealing cash from two cars. A similar incident occurred on Rue Victor Hugo in Limpertsberg, where cash was taken from another vehicle.

Meanwhile, in Foetz, a 14-year-old teenager broke into a shop on Rue du Brill and stole several mobile phones. When police pursued the adolescent, the stolen items were discarded and subsequently recovered by officers. The teenager’s father was called to the police station to collect his child.
