A Luxair flight from Findel to Barcelona was forced to turn back on Monday morning due to a technical indication, the airline confirmed when asked by RTL.
The plane took off from Luxembourg Airport at around 10.15am and turned back after entering French airspace over Lorraine. The Embraer aircraft landed safely, and the crew informed passengers of the situation.
According to Luxair, the decision to return was purely precautionary and unrelated to any previous operational issues. Luxair said their dispatch rate across all operations stands at 98%.
The flight was resumed later in the afternoon.
