A petition demanding full reimbursements for glasses has surpassed the required signature threshold, making it eligible for discussion in Luxembourg's Chamber of Deputies.

A recent public petition arguing in favour of full reimbursements for glasses has crossed the signature threshold and is now eligible to be discussed in the Chamber of Deputies.

Petition 29-67 has by now gathered over 5,000 signatures, putting it well above the 4,500 threshold. Once the signatures have been validated in two weeks’ time, a date for a public debate will be scheduled.

The next petition debate in the Chamber will be held on 28 February and introduce a proposal to create a commission enquiring the handling of the Covid pandemic here in Luxembourg, as well as the demand for the Grand Duchy to leave the World Health Organisation.
