Located in Luxembourg City, the villa previously served as the headquarters of RTL and later the Ministry of Health. Since 2018, it has held the status of a national monument.

Under the new plan, the building will undergo a comprehensive transformation, providing artists with rehearsal rooms, studios, and workshops.

A pivotal aspect of the renovation focuses on restoring public access to the building. The main auditorium will host concerts, while a restaurant will cater to visitors.

The restoration efforts aim to preserve the villa’s original architecture while bringing it up to contemporary standards. In addition, the exterior spaces will be revitalised with the construction of a small amphitheatre.

The estimated budget for this extensive project stands at €70 million, with a timeline stretching until at least 2029.
