At around 1.20pm, the Luxembourgish police were informed that the vehicle was travelling on the A13 from the direction of the Belgian border. After causing an accident near the Lankelz junction, the driver fled on foot. He was not injured in the accident.
A large number of police units were involved in the search for the man, who was arrested shortly afterwards. He was under the influence of drugs and had also violated court orders. His vehicle was seized and he was fined.
