The accident occurred at 6.22pm and prompted a response from rescue teams based in Colmar-Berg and Lintgen. Authorities have not disclosed the condition of those injured.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident overnight from Saturday to Sunday, a single-vehicle accident on the A7 resulted in one person being injured. The car crashed between the Grouft and Stafelter tunnels shortly before 3am. Emergency responders, including an ambulance and firefighters from Colmar-Berg and Lintgen, attended the scene.
