Maintaining mental health is incredibly important but not always so easy to achieve. If the traditional methods of stress relief and self-care haven’t been helping – or even if you’re just curious – it might be time to look into alternative methods.

The NETWORK’s event Beyond The Ordinary: Alternative Therapies for Mental Wellness takes new, science-backed ways to teach you about what’s out there. From neurofeedback to nature reconnection, body-centred therapy to cacao ceremonies, you’ll gain a fresh perspective from expert practitioners in Luxembourg on how to support your mind and body.

Organised by the NETWORK, an international professional women’s association based in Luxembourg, the event will take place on Wednesday, 12 February 2025, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Silversquare Liberté coworking space in Gare.
