Around 1.30am, an individual launched a rubbish bin at a shop window and ran away when the alarm went off. He was found by police shortly after, strongly intoxicated, and resisting arrest.
As he was deemed a danger to himself and others, he was put in a cell to sober up.
Two motorists also drew attention due to erratic driving. Both lost their license due to driving under the influence.
