Upon further inspection, it was revealed that the motorist was driving without a valid driving licence and had previously been fined for this offence. In addition, the vehicle exhibited several technical defects.
In response to these violations, the driver was apprehended under the directive of the public prosecutor’s office, and the vehicle was impounded.
