In a press communication, the National Health Laboratory (LNS) announced that their new director Dr Gidenne will assume his new role as of 1 March 2025.

Dr Jean Claude Schmit, Vice-President of the LNS Directorate, announced that the new director is supported by Dr Thomas Dentzer, Chief Operating Officer, and Safaâ Moujahid, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at the National Health Laboratory.

Since 2023, both doctors have served as deputy directors, with provisional responsibility for management since March 2024, following Michel Toungouz Nevessignsky’s early resignation at the month’s end. His departure was swiftly followed by the resignation of Evelin Schröck, president of the administrative council.
