A spokesperson for Post confirmed that some customers were currently experiencing issues receiving or sending e-mails due to a security update. As a result, some accounts will need to have their email addresses reconfigured in order to resume normal activity.
Starting Tuesday this week, outgoing emails have stalled for email addresses that have not yet been reconfigured. However, the issue has not affected all customers. Post said they had contacted the customers and businesses concerned by the change last week, as well as issuing other communication regarding the update over the past few months.
Customers affected by the issue can find detailed instructions on how to reconfigure their account here. Clients can also get help by calling this toll-free number: 8002 8004.
