The parliamentary Budgetary Control and Finance Committees are meeting this Friday morning.
During this meeting, the next budget rapporteur will be appointed for the budget to be submitted in autumn. According to RTL sources, Corinne Cahen, MP for the Democratic Party (DP), is a likely candidate.
This budget will be the first to be voted on in its entirety by the new Christian Social People’s Party (CSV) and Democratic Party (DP) coalition government.
