The incident took place at a construction site on Boulevard Prince Henri at around 7.45am on Thursday morning. According to police reports, the man slipped while climbing a crane ladder and fell, landing on one of the vehicle’s intermediate platforms.
Initial reports suggest the man sustained a knee injury and was transported to hospital for treatment.
The area around the site was closed to traffic until 9am.
