A motorist lost control of their vehicle around 12.30pm on the N17B between Bettel and Fouhren, resulting in a car overturning on a right-hand bend.
The vehicle collided with an embankment before coming to rest on its roof.
Emergency services promptly responded to the incident, and efforts to clear the road ensued, causing traffic disruptions in the area.
