At 9.30am on Saturday 29 October, police were alerted to a break-in in an apartment in Hollerich. A patrol was thus deployed to the scene, where officers were surprised to find the apparent burglar sleeping inside the flat.
The man was arrested by order of the prosecutor’s office and presented to an examining magistrate that same day.
