This year’s theme is “Your talent, your future, your job”. The Ministry of Education, Children and Youth and its various departments are taking part in the Student Fair, with the aim of introducing visitors to career prospects in the education system.
On the ministry’s virtual stand, pupils in the final year of secondary school will be able to find out about the wide range of jobs on offer: teachers, educators, but also social workers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, specialised educators, psychomotor therapists, etc.
A webinar will particularly highlight the profiles sought in primary education, secondary education, early childhood facilities, day care centres, special needs facilities, and childcare services. The webinar is scheduled for 12 November from 11 am to 12 pm.
Throughout the fair - which is open to everyone who is interested - staff from the ministry’s various departments will also be on hand to provide visitors with information via chat.
The fair is open on 12 and 13 November from 9 am to 6 pm.
