Emergency services report three accidents on Tuesday afternoon, including two in Schinker, with three people injured and a rescue helicopter deployed.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported three accidents on Tuesday afternoon, two of which occurred in Schinker. At 1pm, a collision between two cars occurred on the RN07, which left two injured requiring the deployment of a rescue helicopter and emergency medical services (SAMU). Additionally, emergency services from Hosingen and Putscheid were on the scene.

Less than three hours later, the Hosingen emergency services were deployed once again at Schinker after a car collided with a tree, resulting in another injured person.

Shortly before 12.30pm, Luxembourg City emergency services were deployed to Rue de la Semois in Hollerich after a cyclist was hit by a car. The CGDIS details in its report that the impact did not result in any injuries.
