A yellow alert for snow is in place this Thursday morning, so be careful if you're out and about.
You might have caught it on the website yesterday, but Meteolux has warned of potential snow this morning, with a yellow alert in place from 6am to 1pm. At this moment, predictions are pointing towards a 2–4 cm white blanket.
The northern part of the country and regions at higher altitudes are more likely to see snow, but everyone should count on at least some freezing rain making an appearance early on. The afternoon should be a bit drier, but don't be surprised if you still get a bit of rain.
The wind will yet again be felt, with gusts reaching up to 60 km/h.
As usual in these situations, take care outside, especially on slippery roads and pavement.
The temperature will come down to a minimum of 0–2°C, and go back up to around 5°C in the afternoon.
Have a nice day, and stay safe.
