The Hays study highlights 12 standout positions that offer exceptional salaries, primarily concentrated in the financial and service sectors. Here are the top jobs in Luxembourg for 2024:
Risk Manager (Banking) - With over 8 years of experience, risk managers in banking can earn between €99,000 and €121,000 annually.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Seasoned CFOs can command salaries over €135,000 per year, making it one of the most lucrative positions in the financial sector.
Compliance Manager - Ensuring regulatory compliance pays well, with salaries ranging from €98,000 to €133,000 for professionals with 8+ years of experience.
Tax Director - One of the highest-paying roles in the study, tax directors with more than 8 years of experience can expect between €133,000 and €205,000 annually.
Sales Director (Marketing) - Sales directors can earn between €95,000 and €130,000, depending on experience and company size, making marketing a rewarding field as well.
