The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to four accidents on Luxembourg roads Thursday evening.

The first incident occurred around 4.40pm on the RN7 between Lipperscheid and Hoscheid, where a motorist and a motorcyclist collided. CGDIS reported that one person was injured, though the police had initially reported two injuries. Emergency services from Hosingen, Bourscheid, and Nordstad were at the scene.

At around 6.30pm, a single car was involved in an accident that took place on the RN12 between Wincrange and Antoniushof. The severity of the crash necessitated the deployment of an emergency helicopter. Two people were injured.

Later, at 10pm, a pedestrian was struck by a motorist in Dudelange. Local ambulance services and emergency responders were despatched to the scene.

The final incident occurred just before 1am, also in Dudelange, where two cars were involved in a collision. One person was injured, and once again, an ambulance and local emergency services were called to assist.
