The ProActif employment initiative finds itself in need of new leadership following the sudden dismissal of François Georges last week.

ProActif President Norbert Conter confirmed this development to RTL, following a report by Radio 100,7.

According to information obtained by RTL, Georges' termination stems from allegations of "aggression and misconduct" towards certain individuals. Additionally, security personnel reportedly monitored the ProActif headquarters in Contern for three days subsequent to Georges' dismissal.

Conter has indicated that further details regarding the separation between the non-profit association and the former director will be presented before the Administrative Board. However, he has declined to provide additional comments to the press at this time. In the interim, the management of ProActif will be overseen by three individuals as well as President Norbert Conter.

Established in 1998, ProActif employs 650 individuals, with 150 employed on a permanent basis. The organisation provides a range of services including gardening, catering, carpentry, and vegetable growing.
