Michel Lucius launches new education initiative for teachers

Born out of an ambition to raise the level of discourse around education, Elevate is a new professional development platform for educators in Luxembourg.

The launch opened with reference to a quote from Malala Yousafzai, "One child, one teacher, one pen and one book can change the world. Education is the only solution." The Elevate platform is driven by evidence-based research offered through the World Education Summit, where leaders in education - such as John Hattie, Guy Claxton and Michael Fullan - took to the stage.

During Thursday’s launch, delegates considered what high impact, successful learning looks like by engaging in a diverse range of workshops.

The Elevate programme continues throughout the year with a variety of Lunch & Learn events, as well as further opportunities for the school community to up-skill, develop and grow together.
