Laurence Zenner has been named new CEO of Creos Luxembourg S.A., a position she will take over on 1 July 2023. Zenner has simultaneously been appointed to the executive committee of Encevo S.A., the parent company of Creos.
According to a press release, the new CEO is expected to bring "a wealth of experience and leadership qualities to Creos and the Encevo Group, having demonstrated excellent innovation management skills in her previous roles". The statement further praises Zenner's accomplishments at the helm of "CFL cargo during a period of strong growth and significant transformation".
Former CEO Marc Reiffers was let go in October last year due to a violation of the "code of conduct and internal control system". Mario Grotz, president of the Creos administrative board, has since led the electricity provider as interim CEO.
