The messages are supposedly sent out by a Polish number, that redirects you to a fake Guichet.lu site. The person is then asked to login with their Luxtrust-account, in order to get a tax declaration reimbursement.
Beware of falling into the trap! Ministries and administrations never contact someone by text message, Whatsapp or any other service for that matter. Everything is sorted through postal services. Any other attempt of contact is to be ignored! If you’re in doubt, you can always contact the agency or the administration.
