Police launched a search after a break-in took place at a family residence in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The break-in took place around 4.30am in Lintgen. The authorities mounted a search for the suspects, who were quickly found in possession of the stolen items. The two men were also carrying pepper spray.

Both suspects were arrested by orders of the public prosecutor and were brought before investigating magistrates later on Thursday.
