Xavier Bettel will welcome the visitors for meetings at Senningen Castle, followed by a visit to the Victor Hugo Hall vaccination centre alongside Minister of Health Paulette Lenert.
Also on the agenda is a visit to the Schuman house in Clausen.
Thierry Breton will later be received at the palace by Grand Duke Henri.
Breton will also participate in the inauguration of the headquarters of the European Joint Undertaking for High Performance Computing (EuroHPC) .
