The vouchers were originally intended to be used before 31 December 2020.
The proposal launched by the CSV sought to extend the vouchers until 31 May 2021. However, Minister of Small & Medium-sized Businesses, Lex Delles, said that although the government had agreed to extend the scheme, no date had been decided at present.
Of the 730,000 vouchers distributed, just 68,000 had been redeemed as of October 2020.
