The latest figures from the Ministry of Health show that 139 new cases of coronavirus were discovered yesterday.
Nine new deaths from COVID-19 were also reported, bringing the total death toll in the Grand Duchy to 321.
856 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was 16.24%.
There are 172 patients in standard hospital care, an increase of 11 from yesterday, while the number in intensive care stays at 42.
As of Sunday there were 8,271 active infections in Luxembourg. 26,086 people have recovered from the virus.
The effective reproduction rate was at 0.98.
