370,539 tests have been carried out in Luxembourg since the start of the outbreak, a rise of 12,902 since Tuesday’s update.
Out of the 5,854 confirmed cases, 4,775 are residents. The average age remains at 43.
Luxembourg currently has 1,214 (+78) active infections. Five people are currently in intensive care (+/- 0), and 54 (+4) are in standard care. 1,006 (+5) patients have left the hospital since the start of the pandemic.
The effective reproduction rate (Rt_eff) is now 1.11, from 1.04 on Tuesday, while the (Rt) reproduction rate has dropped from 1.32 to 1.27.
