This was confirmed by Minister of Health Paulette Lenert in a response to a parliamentary question by MPs Sven Clement and Marc Goergen from the Pirate Party.
Consequences of these premature vaccinations were taken by the hospitals themselves, ranging from internal sanctions to court action.
Lenert further explained that some people had mistakenly received invitiations, even though they did not belong to vaccination group 1. This was due to a technical error.
The vaccines are the property of the government and potential law violations would have to be evaluated by the courts. This was the response to the question whether premature vaccinations constituted "theft of government property".
