Last year, the non-profit self-help organisation Trisomie21 was set to celebrate its 20th anniversary. However, due to the pandemic, festivities had to be cancelled. This year, the event also needs to be adapted.
The entire day, online activities will be organised, including fitness courses, dance classes, roundtable discussions, as well as a final evening of chit chat. Everybody is eligible to participate, Trisomie21 underlines. All activities and schedules can be found on their website.
In the context of the international day, people can show their support by taking to social media and posting a picture of them wearing two different socks with the hashtag #trisome21letzebuerg. The non-profit is also set to publish a book focused on the organisation's evolution over the last 21 years.
