The ceremony will begin at 11 AM in the presence of Grand Duke Henri, Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and other representatives of the court and administration.
Speeches will be given by Grand Duke Henri, Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and Chamber President Fernand Etgen.
Following the ceremony, the traditional 21 gun salute will take place in Fetschenhaff.
