The report states that 9% of EU enterprises recruited or tried to recruit ICT specialists in 2017, and 5% struggled to fill said positions. That means that out of the jobs posted, employers found it difficult to fill 53%.
In Luxembourg, 71% of trying to recruit ICT specialists reported having hard-to-fill vacancies. This places the Grand Duchy 4th in the EU, behind Czechia (79%), Austria (78%), and Malta (73%).
